This is only to say thank you for making my Mahabaleshwar tour pleasant and
comfortable and off course the memorable one.
I was at Hotel Shreyas from 7th Dec to 9th Dec. It was absolutely superb hotel with nice services I got.
Those people provided good hospitality including all aspects like room service,
parking, good food quality and guide suggested ( Mr. Shinde) who warmly showed all the locations in Mahabaleshwar.
Being at the heart of the city, everything was available at 5 - 10 minutes walking distance.
It was really a pleasant stay at Hotel Shreyas which happened only because of the prompt response I got from your end.
I am definitely looking forward to visit Shreyas again.

I am staying In USA and I arrange that Honeymoon trip as gift
to my sister and let me tell u It was really a nice experience from your
travel agency. I got very prompt reply and my sister and they received
excellent and prompt service no doubt about it. I was in India to attend that
marriage and they were very much happy. My family also was surprised that by
seating in USA I could arrange such a nice trip from them in very economical
price. I was worried to Inform u that I am in USA because I thought after
knowing that price will shoot up but It did not happen in this case. I will
suggest all my friends and family to take advantage of yr good service. Once

Mahabaleshwar On Line was of great help to me. I was in US
when I was planning my honeymoon and it did help me to plan to the very details.
Apart from that, I could even do reservations for my hotel stay. It was pretty
useful and also helpful. The response was quite fast. A good experience indeed.

Nov.,myself and my family were impressed on that. Now we are planning to go
Aurangabad on 1stJan and will return back on 4th or 5th Jan-02 to

I am Hiren Patel from London Basically here in ahmedabad for few months as it is my native
place. We people over there book our holidays on phone, internet and emails and pay by creditcard.I think
credit card online payments system has not been adopted by travel agencies and tour
conductors in INDIA in full fledge apart from Traveljini as it is in UK. The advantage of
credit card payments is swift service but the drawback is sometimes overcharged on the card, card frauds and many technical problems like
non acceptance of AMEX cards and VISA, MASTERCARD logos only accepted online. I think the time
I filled the form for reservation and the reply I received with the amount to be paid and
I deposited the agreed amount and you send me the confirmation voucher of the hotel took only a few hours which is
no way less competitive than credit cards payments. I have not received fastest and such good quality service in travel
industry so far as i received from your organization in India. I am really impressed by it and appreciate the
commitment. The other important thing is feedback of the customer which a quality organization should adopt as you have which will help you to improve your service and
retain customer for a long time building a positive customer relationship. I would like to thank u and your time to arrange me a tour within a very
short time (couple of hours) with your full commitment towards the efficient and

Thank you for the support of your organization. We had a great time at Mahabaleshwar. The hotel ppl were very good and very hospitable.
Food in the hotel was excellent. Hotel staff was very helpful to us. When our child fell ill they helped us by taking us to a doctor
nearby also. We thank you for arranging our stay with Sunny International and will be sure to visit again.

Thanks for making good arrangements. The response to reservation request was prompt. All my emails were replied to very fast.
The hotel was okay in terms of luxury (but cannot expect much at the price of 750). Only disadvantage was that it was away from main Mahabaleshwar city. But then, it was surrounded by peaceful greenery. & this made sense to me. Overall, I am satisfied with your service & most probably I would be falling back on you for my next trip.

specify here is, Hotel Grand Resort & Food is good.
